The Sherwin Williams R&D Facility is a 6000,000 square- foot facility located in Brecksville, Ohio. The project consists of space to support productive development, coatings research, color technology and process engineering. Our scope of work was installation of all piping, plumbing and sheet metal and equipment in the Central Utility Plant ( CUP) and installation of main distribution Chilled Water, Heating Hot Water, Compressed Air and Vacuum to the adjoining buildings on campus.
