An addition to the Maltz Performing Arts Center that will add a 250-seat proscenium theater, a 100-seat studio theater, faculty offices and costume and scene shops. The mechanical portion will add new air handling units (6), boilers (2), a chiller (1), cooling tower (1) and associated terminal boxes and fan coil units.
Project should be complete in time for 2021 fall classes.
