34-Story, 1.2 million sq. ft. facility. HVAC scope was to remove and replace 4,640 fan coil units while maintaining full occupancy. Each night 30 units needed to be installed, tested and commissioned and the area returned back to the original condition before the end of the shift. Responsible for upgrading the BMS system in the building.
The project was completed ahead of schedule and coordination was the key to our success on this project.
