We currently have four project managers on staff with over 100 years of experience in the mechanical industry. Our project managers have managed projects that have ranged from twenty thousand dollars to as large as thirty million dollars.
All of our project managers are experienced in project scheduling, job cost control, purchasing, change orders and everything else that is required to manage a project effectively. They all utilize Quicken estimating software for change order request which helps produce an estimate quickly, accurately and detailed enough for all to understand. Our PM’s utilize our centralized software program to manage job cost control, purchase orders, sub contracts, billings, change orders, rfi’s and submittals.
The management team also has an administrative assistant and a labor coordinator for additional support.
The administrative assistant assists the project management team with submittals, request for information, drawings, permits, project logs and O & M manuals.
Our labor coordinator has over 30 years of experience in the mechanical industry and assists the project managers with field labor requirements, three week look ahead schedules, quality control, safety, fabrication requirements and sub-contractor responsibilities.

Responsible for day to day management of the project. Dan has the capabilities to handle large scale projects. He is currently the senior project manager for a project with an HVAC/Plumbing contract of over $40,000,000.
With the company since 2013. 23 years of experience. Graduate of Case Western Reserve University (BS in Mechanical Engineering). Joint Hiring Hall Committee Pipe Fitters Local 120. Responsible for day to day management of the project. Chris has successfully managed multiple projects in excess of $12,000,000 and has years of estimating experience on HVAC piping and sheet metal systems.
